Orom-Cross is a unique graphite project located in Uganda, East Africa, that delivers size and scale together with some of the highest quality graphite end products in the market, supported by extensive test work by leading technical experts and including bulk sample testing.
The Company successfully completed a DFS in late 2025 which highlights a long life, low capital and operating cost mine, delivering a Net Present Value in excess of US$1 billion and an IRR of 96%. Blencowe owns 100% of Orom-Cross and has a21-year mining licence in place and is driving towards first production in 2027.

Achieving 99.99% carbon content through a non-Chinese, European purification route confirms that Orom-Cross graphite can reach the highest purity levels required for specialist applications, including defence, nuclear and strategic energy uses.
This strengthens the project’s strategic value, positioning Orom-Cross as a large-scale, low-cost graphite development and a credible contributor to Western critical mineral supply chains.
