Orom-Cross Project
The Project is located approximately 6 km east (in a straight line) of the town of Orom and 75 km northeast of the town of Kitgum in northern Uganda. The nearest large settlement to the Project is the village of Orom, located in Chua East Country.
The Northern Syncline represents Orom-Cross’s largest deposit and the bulk of the long-term mine plan. The latest infill assays have returned strong graphite intersections across the full depth of the oxide zone
Initial assays from the infill drilling at Camp Lode have delivered a sequence of strong, high-grade near-surface hits, underscoring Orom-Cross’s exceptional blend of scale, shallow mineralisation and low-cost, open-pit potential.
Iyan lies immediately adjacent to the Northern Syncline and represents a new mineralised zone that is not included in the current JORC Resource reported in November 2025.
Beehive is located approximately 3kms from the existing Northern Syncline and Camp Lode deposits at the Orom-Cross graphite project in Uganda. Along with these other deposits Beehive sits within the existing Mining License (ML1959).

Thitional for Orom-Cross. The substantial increase in Ore Reserves and Indicated Resources confirms the quality, scale and longevity of the project as we move into the DFS and financing phase.
The remaining 192 exploration holes and the deep drilling results, which all ended in mineralisation, highlight the huge potential for further JORC Resource upgrades still ahead of us in early 2026.
